ANNOUNCEMENTS

MEMORIAL DAY PICNIC:  This Sunday (May 28), plan to stay after church to enjoy food, fun, and fellowship. We will begin eating around 11:30. Tables will be set up in the Fellowship Hall and the Oasis, plus a few outside. The menu will be:  Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Polish Sausages, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Chips, and all the fixin’s!

OUR VBC MEMBERSHIP CLASS: (which is called “Welcome Home!”) will be offered again on 4 consecutive Sundays at 9am on June 18, June 25, July 2 and July 9.  It will be meeting in the “D-Group Room” (next to the Conference Room toward the North end of the building). LOVING CHOICES: is a faith-based Pregnancy Resource Center that helps young women in crisis pregnancies. Our Baby Bottle Campaign helps to pay for our ministry expenses. They have locations in Rogers and Fayetteville. The staff is part-paid employees and volunteers of which I (Joanne Morris) am one. June 11^th will be the day we collect the baby bottles if you could please have turned in by then. If you have any further questions, please see me.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH (C.O.R.E.):  is sponsoring a baseball game at NWA Stadium Naturals vs Springfield Cardinals on Friday June 16^TH at 7:05 PM as a Fundraiser for Into the Light.  Tickets are $16 each (all proceeds are donated to Into the Light).   Please make checks payable to Village Bible Church C.O.R.E. and memo states “Into the Light”.  For further information about Into the Light go to www.intothelightus.org

6:30 pm PRAISE & PRAYER SERVICE. Open to ALL! Including Children & Youth Ministry offers P3 (Praise, Prayer & Play) for all Village Kids (PreK-5^th)
